Cabochon with Wire Woven Bezel

This class will build on the skills learned in the introduction to wire
weaving class. You will use the weave taught in that class to form a
woven bezel around a cabochon, create a woven bail and secure the
stone by lashing curved wire on the back of the bezeol.
Materials Needed:
Teardrop or oval shaped cabochon
6 feet - 20g soft round wire
6 feet min - 26g soft round wire
1 tube - size 8 seed beads (optional)
Chain or cord to hang pendant from
Clasp

Tools Needed:
Flush cutters
Chain nose pliers
Flat nose pliers
6-Step looping pliers
Round nose pliers
Nylon jaw pliers
Files or emery boards or sandpaper to smooth ends
Awl
Kumihimo bobbin
Ruler or tape measure
Blue painter's tape
Sharpie
Ring clamp
Cushion clamp
Magnifiers, readers, or Ott light
